Hometown: Orange, CA / (Transplant from Honolulu, HI) Family Info: Husband, Jim of 33 years, four grown children; John, Tara, Brianna, Kim and son-in-law, Tim. Two of the cutest grandchildren you've ever seen - Lucy & Andy How did you become a part of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church? I applied for a position as a full-time church secretary…that was over 20 years ago. What is your role? The assistant to the three pastors and program staff which also includes varied administrative and general duties for the office. What is your favorite part about your role? The people I work with and those who come in during the week. Together, we are a family who are here to serve the Lord and dedicated to His service.

Fun Stuff

If you were an animal what would you be? Probably a ‘mutt’, they are quick to learn, open to hugs, don’t have to do anything but entertain and be taken care of. What's the greatest invention in the last 50 years? The internet and e-mail. Access to the world is at your fingertips and keeps you in touch with friends and family far away. What is your favorite place on earth? Morro Bay Strand – tent camping in general and the California coastline. What makes you laugh? When my husband giggles; it’s contagious. If you could have any super-power what would it be? Something that would enable me to multi-task more efficiently.
