Hometown: I am actually a native Irvinite! We moved to Irvine when I was 7 years old. I love this community. Family Info: I have two grown daughters. Katie is an elementary school teacher here in Irvine. Jill is a substitute teacher in the Central Coast. Both daughters are engaged to be married this coming year! How did you become a part of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church? When we were looking for a church home we loved how GSLC welcomed us and the programs that were offered for the kids. I loved being able to get into a small group right away and feel connected with others at the church. What is your role? To attend monthly meetings where we listen to information on important happenings in the church, have discussions and give input. What is your favorite part about your role? I love the fact that I have the opportunity to be a part of what’s next for our church. It’s exciting to see how God’s hand is working in all of it.

Fun Stuff

If you were an animal what would you be? What's the greatest invention in the last 50 years? What is your favorite place on earth? Anywhere that is by a beach! I especially love the Central Coast and Carmel. What makes you laugh? I teach 6 year olds– so my day is filled with laughter, smiles, and hugs! Such a blessing! If you could have any super-power what would it be?
