We strive to partner with parents in all of our FLOCK experiences
- We use a “Small Group-Large Group” format on Sunday mornings which gives us the opportunity to build relationships with your child, while also keeping the lessons relevant, Biblical and creative
- We place a high value on being relational, Biblically based, safety conscious and fun!
- Big Buddy Outreach, children come together and work on outreach projects planned by families
- Milestone Ministry, a program which provides faith development in children. Each age level has a specific Biblical truth they learn each year.

Other Events for Children
Easter Eggstravaganza
This event is held the Saturday before Easter and is open to children 3 years to 3rd grade. This is not your typical Easter egg hunt; it’s a hunt for the real meaning of Easter!
Trunk or Treat
This event is held the Saturday before Halloween and is open to children 3rd grade and younger. 4th grade and up are encouraged to volunteer. Families are invited to decorate the trunk of their car and pass out treats to all of the costumed participants (NON-scary costumes only)
Vacation Bible School
VBS is typically held the third week of July at Concordia University, Irvine. It is a five day program, Monday through Friday from 9:00 – 12 noon. It is open to children 3 years (accompanied by an adult) to 6th grade. 7th grade and above are encouraged to volunteer. Bible point crafts, team-building games, cool Bible songs and tasty treats are just a few of the fun activities that help faith flow into real life. VBS is a hands-on experience, where leaders help kids discover how to see God in everyday life.
