For all upcoming Small Group events, view our calendar.
They joined with other believers in regular attendance and devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals … and to prayer. A deep sense of awe came over them all…. And all the believers met together constantly….. They worshiped together regularly… met in small groups in homes… shared with great joy and thankfulness all the while praising God … And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved. Our GSLC Vision Statement is “To be a church that will KNOW, GROW and SHOW God’s love, equipping everyone to pass on the Good News to the next generation.”
Our GSLC Vision for Small Groups: Relationship is the heart and soul of the Christian life. God wants us in a relationship with Him and He wants us in relationships with each other. Our vision for small groups is really the same as the vision for our whole congregation and it is where that vision really comes to life. It is so wonderful to come together on Sunday Mornings and worship our God. It is really in our relationships with each other as we share, encourage, edify, and exhort that we can really come to KNOW Jesus, GROW in our relationship with Him, and SHOW His love. We are better together and not meant to do life alone.
The best way to live out the Great Commission and live life in community is to get connected in a small group. We have many active small groups and new ones forming all the time. The greatest time of growth for our small group ministry is during our church wide campaigns of Sermon Series with a Small Group component. Already in a small group? Click here for next steps.
